Bridal Sales Consultant
We are currently recruiting a talented, passionate Bridal Sales Consultant. We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our customer focused team that provides excellent customer service. They should be able to maximize sales and customer satisfaction by providing superior Customer Service. The perfect candidate will have a passion for working with brides; and assist them in creating the wedding look of their dreams. Listening skills are essential and they should be able to help maintain housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Must have excellent organization and communications skills.
- Must be a self-starter and have the willingness to build a business.
- Must possess a dynamic, professional, pleasant personality and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have a true desire to succeed. Experience in a high volume fast paced environment helpful.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- General Office skills required.
- Retail sales experience and/or telephone sales are a plus.

Alterations Coordinator*
The following outlines your responsibilities as Alterations Coordinator. Alteration jobs done off site will be billable to Bella Sposa any jobs done during your assigned hours will fall under hourly rate wage. (The following includes but is not limited to the responsibilities of Alterations Coordinator).
- Alterations Coordinator – take fitting appointments and do pinning, keep alterations book, work on specific alteration jobs etc.
- Tuxedo Consultant – measure and order for tuxedo appointments.
- Bridal Consultant – take appointments for new brides, take bridal fitting appointments, etc.
- Sales Consultant for all Special Occasions – assist customers coming in to look for all special occasions wear.
- Front Desk – answer the phones, greet customers, etc.
- Inventory – Input inventory into the BBL System, tag inventory, stock inventory, etc.
- Opening Store Chores – complete daily based on you’re the shift you are scheduled for.
- Mid-day Duties – complete daily.
- Closing Store Chores – complete daily based on you’re the shift you are scheduled for.
- Special Projects – type, file, fax, create documents, etc.
